Refund Policy

At Being Envy, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is designed to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days

  • Net Banking: 2-5 business days

  • Wallets: 1-3 business days

  • UPI: 2-7 business days

Please note that the time taken to process a refund depends on the payment processor and your bank.

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used. For example, if a credit card was used for the purchase, the refund will be credited to the same credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, it will need to follow the return process to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

For items that need to be returned, Being Envy may provide a return shipping label or you may need to arrange shipping yourself, depending on the reason for the return. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Refund Tracking

After a refund is initiated, you will receive an email notification with details about your refund.

You can also track the status of your refund in your account dashboard.

Dispute Resolution

In case of issues related to your refund, please allow the standard processing time to complete before contacting us.
